THAI YOGA MASSAGE
With roots in both Chinese and Indian medicine, we can trace the origins of this tradition back 2,500 years to when the Buddha arrived in Thailand. This exotic therapy blends yoga-like stretches, rhythmic compressions, acupressure, energy meridian balancing, all resulting in full-body relaxation. This compassionate massage stretches the body and leaves you feeling peaceful. Client and practitioner work takes place on a traditional Thai mat on the floor. There is no oil used and the client remains completely clothed. Thai massage offers deep passive stretching with joint range of motion for physical, emotional, and energetic benefits. Thai Massage is the perfect complement to any exercise routine and is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
1-ON-1 YOGA THERAPY
These 1-on-1 sessions are fully individualized to welcome you as you are and to ignite your self-inquiry and
healing process. Through creating a state of embodied presence, you are able to find greater clarity about
your deeper nature, truths, and desires that catalyze your unique transformative journey forward.
It all begins with a breath. Next comes an invitation to feel and to be present with what arises without needing
to change the experience. All that emerges has a secret to reveal.
With this unique approach to yoga and mindfulness, you will be guided into your internal experience and
supported with carefully selected postures, breathwork, movement, and informed-choice (i.e., either hands
on or hands off) therapeutic assists. Elements of mind-body connections are skillfully blended throughout the
session to encourage personally reflective processing at a visceral and integrated level.
By bringing one’s personalized intention to each session, these sessions are suitable for anyone looking to
actively engage their growth process wherever they may be on their healing journey.
