We are excited to announce that we have Re-opened at our new location on 430 Bath Road in Brunswick, ME. We have successfully created a new model for our facility as an Alternative Therapy & Natural Medicine Center. We have assembled some of the most innovative and transformational Health Specialists in their respective fields together forming a new environment for the public to pursue their health & wellness needs. Now more than ever our health has become a top priority. Whether it is boosting our immune system to support our own body’s natural defenses, having healthy solutions to cope with anxiety & stress, or releasing toxins from our system, we are ready to serve you on your individual health journeys.
We have adjusted our protocols to meet CDC infection control, OSHA workplace safety and DHHS guidelines and are taking every necessary precaution to ensure a safe and clean environment for you. Clients are expected to answer a series of questions before scheduling, and again before their appointment starts. Visitors will also be required to fill out a waiver of release in order to receive services. Once your booking is complete we will send you an email confirmation including the questionnaire and waiver of release for you to fill out and look over. If you have any questions about this process please reach out to us at email@example.com
For your safety, we are implementing the following:

Our Commitment to Awareness
Here at Bhavana, we are committed to providing you with information to empower you to live a healthy and vibrant life. Collectively as a team we have a lot of knowledge, modalities, supplementation, self-care practices, techniques and more to help you attain a sustainable life-long, healthy Mind Body and Spirit. We also have done a lot of research and have spoken with Doctors, Immunologists, Virologists and other Health professionals about this current pandemic and unprecedented time we are facing globally due to COVID-19.
There is a lot of misinformation being shared by the mainstream media, certain officials in the government and other authority figures that are relative to decisions being made in terms of mandates and certain guidelines for the general public at this time. While continuously recognizing this locally, nationally and globally, and noticing the confusion and fear that is building, we decided to do our part.
There is a lot to cover, but we decided to start where most of the confusion is currently, hopefully contributing to answering such common questions like:
How do I to protect myself?
How can i boost my immune system?
Are wearing masks appropriate? What about “Social Distancing”?
How do viruses spread?
Should I wait until a Vaccine is created for COVID-19?
How can I manage Fear/Anxiety and Stress during this time?
Let’s start with Masks…..
In this short video Peggy Hall proves by the OSHA’s (occupational, health and safety administration) own guidelines
Masks do not protect from Covid-19
Oxygen deficient atmosphere is the number one cause of death in confined work places
OSHA defines oxygen deficient atmosphere as below 19.5% and below that can start to cause irreversible brain damage
Video is from Peggy Hall’s website www.TheHealthyAmerican.org

Here is another Doctor, speaking out about the context of Healthy Individuals wearing face masks.
